Fairfax County Public Schools adopted the “Portrait of a Graduate” initiative in 2014. Since then, Portrait of a Graduate, or POG, skills are at the center of teaching and learning in FCPS. POG skills will empower students with 21st Century skills for the workplaces of the future. To support teachers, I created, wrote, and maintained a blog with resources, ideas, and encouragement.
